Education for Work

Odebrecht Administradora e Corretora de Seguros team involved in personal development program

The development of Odebrecht Group companies is a direct result of the development of the people who comprise them.

Leaders are charged with the role of educating team members through work while ensuring the interaction of three generations – senior, mature and younger Members – who are always working side by side within the organization.

As a complement to Education through Work, which is the basis of the process of grooming the new generations, Education for Work programs hones their knowledge and skills.
