Odebrecht Óleo e Gás Ltda. (OOG) provides solutions for the oil industry ranging from engineering conception to platform operations, with a focus on providing services and investing in exploration and production.

The scope of its operations includes:

• integrated engineering, management, technical assistance, environmental management, logistics, risk management and installation and maintenance services;
• offshore drilling and production platform operations;
• exploration and production

OOG is investing in oil and natural gas exploration projects in Brazil and Angola.
In 2008, it invested USD 386 million in the construction of platforms Norbe VI, Norbe VIII and
Norbe IX.

Integrated services for Petrobras

• Renewal of contract for installation and maintenance of platforms in Southern Asset
• Completion of Natural Gas Condensate Processing Unit II (UPCGN II) at the Cabiúnas Terminal in Macaé, Rio de Janeiro, and the award of another contract to build UPCGN III
• Awarded contract to build new oil intake and distribution systems at the Cabiúnas Terminal

Platform operations

• Awarded two charter and oil production contracts from Petrobras to operate at a water depth of up to 3,000 meters

Exploration and production

• Exploring for oil and natural gas in the Potiguar Basin, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil
• Initiated exploration campaign in Block 16 in Angola
