Infrastructure Investments

D. Pedro I Highway

Odebrecht invests in infrastructure projects from the development phase to maturity, with a focus on Public-Private Partnerships.
Odebrecht Investimentos em Infraestrutura Ltda. (OII), the Group’s leading company for this business, focuses on Energy and Transport & Logistics (T&L), and makes ad hoc investments in other areas to meet its clients’ needs.
Current investments in Energy are carried out through OII’s stake in Santo Antônio Energia S.A., which is a member of the joint venture responsible for the development of the Santo Antônio hydroelectric plant project in the Brazilian state of Rondonia.
In Peru, OII invests in a water collection and distribution system to irrigate the Olmos Valley, which will be operated by its affiliate Concesionaria Trasvase Olmos S.A. In the Transport sector, it invests in the IIRSA North and IIRSA South routes, two corridors that will help unify South America. IIRSA North will be managed by affiliate Concesionaria Interoceanica Norte S.A., and IIRSA South by affiliates Concesionaria Interoceanica Sur – Tramo 2 S.A. and Concesionaria Interoceanica Sur – Tramo 3 S.A.
In Central America and the Caribbean, OII is investing in the Maden-Colón Highway in Panama and the Del Coral Highway in the Dominican Republic, the first Public-Private Partnership in that country.
